ABOUT US

Rumah Penyayang Darul Ilmi Gombak is a Welfare Home and activity center for 55 asnaf children, dedicated to their well-being and education. Located in Kuala Lumpur, it operates under Pertubuhan Pembangunan Kebajikan Darul Ilmi Malaysia. We focus on providing both secular and religious education to empower these children for a brighter future, emphasizing Islamic teachings alongside practical life skills training.

OBJECTIVES

Defend the walfare of the needy, especially those residing in the Darul Ilmi Gombak Welfare Home, towards achieving excellence in worldly and hereafter pursuits based on Islamic principles.

Serve as a platform for preaching, spiritual nurturing, and the implementation of worldly and hereafter knowledge development for the community, especially for the children of Darul Ilmi.

Maintain and provide effective, conducive, and consistent education and welfare to the children of the needy group under the care of Darul Ilmi.

MISSION

  1. Being part of a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that administers and supervises children from the Asnaf group.
  2. Being an initiator towards social welfare and human development for the children from the Asnaf group, as well as being a catalyst towards advocating for the welfare of children from the Asnaf group.
  3. Guiding the children from the Asnaf group under the auspices of Darul Ilmi Malaysia towards a knowledgeable, dedicated, and self-motivated path in facing the future.
  4. Serving as aspiration to other organizations in advocating for the welfare of underprivileged children from the Asnaf group.
  5. Shaping the identity of children from the Asnaf group towards sustainable and effective worldly and spiritual development.
